Tonight we finished installing the new interior.
The car came with the seats already redone, and new door panels, all from Legendary. I ordered carpet, floor mats, package tray, and a couple cans of SEM spray dye for the faded original plastics. We still need to install a tach, temp gauge, and an N34 Walnut steering wheel. Headliner and Dash are still all original. We didn't do anything with those. |

Do you have a walnut wheel for it? I've got a very nice one that I was saving for something that's never going to happen.

The wheel I have is cracked, but it's nice enough for this car. |

One more thing I still need is front seatbelts. Those were missing, but I have a pair of dark blue ones to use until I find the correct ones for it.

I finally decided to do the NCRS report on this car. It was delivered to Iten Chevrolet in Brooklyn Center, MN.

Talk about close to home, eh ? They did have a few high perf cars go thru there, along with OTC parts. I know I spent plenty there thru the 70's.

Yeah, it never went too far. Previous owner bought it in St. Paul in 1974.
My brother Chad has a '68 L72 Bel Air that came from Iten also. |

Cale's car isn't painted yet and he needed a cool car for Senior Pictures, so he picked this one from the fleet since he's done most of the work on it.

Very cool.
Senior pictures have certainly changed since my day. We were required to wear a coat and tie for the sitting in the cafeteria "booth"...LOL. I skipped that day and went driving around on my '68 Honda 350...
