Not all Midwestern states will be effected as we are still enjoying a very minor winter here in Sunny Minnesota with nothing more than flurries predicted the next week. A little on the cool side but bright and sunny and only about 3" on the ground. Texas and Phoenix have had more snow then we have this year! The shovel has only been used twice and the snowblower has not been started this season.
