For once the good guys won, as Helen Gibb and the sYc prevailed.
Once the facts were known, and I am guessing Valerie and Dale realized that it was a case they could not win, either in the court system and in public opinion, the applications were dropped. Helen Gibb now holds the rights to the Gibb mark, as registered in the good State of Illinois. ![]()
