Default Re: 1969 Z/28 - 14,000 Original Miles !!!

Kinda reminds me of a '68 Mustang I found that was as it left Dearborn. Car had EVERYTHING original, flaws and all with 44k miles. I sold it to a wholesaler (I bought it to sell) and he painted the engine compartment, changed the plug wires, blended the chipped paint---basically ruined the car. He took it to about five venues before he finally cut it loose and lost thousands of dollars. I distinctly remember telling him to "LEAVE IT ALONE", but he thought he knew it all.
The engine painted here isn't the worst thing in the world. True, WE ALL would have left it alone. Maybe, whoever painted the engine and did the fluff just thought he was making improvements. Oh well!?!
