I'd look for examples of contradiction between specific concerns that exist w/ the actual car itself and how these were individually represented to this buyer from afar?.

The photos on the video were taken of the car while it was still assembled and they are VERY obvious. Rust in several areas as well as bondo in the frame. Kind of hard to hide that!

Reference to "these things would not have been found in a normal inspection" was with regards to the windshield trim flying off and then showing rust holes in the area below it. That would have not been seen in an inspection. I also have heard nothing of a buy back option as Skuli first told me that this car was going to cost more to repair than he paid for it.

They have been on my radar for sometime and have seen there cars on ebay. My opinion is they are in good company with another unethical dealership previously discussed on here, Harwell motors of texas. Most dealers are ok, but always do your homework.

If the video is by the purchaser after the car arrived, what specifically was supplied by the seller as representation of vehicle condition before the deal was made?.

I am not sure what all was shown or discussed but a webpage was shown in the video though blurred due to copywrite laws per the video poster. I do not know if he received more information or photos than that or not. It did sound like there was a lot of ongoing discussion made between the two parties for sometime before the purchase however.

Back in the day you could get away with this poor behavior. They must have forgot about a thing called the worldwide web. The world is wired and connected, just as easy as talking to your neighbor. Some people just don't understand what it means to have customer service in your business model.

Customer service was driven into my head back when I managed a string of hardware stores and I have never forgotten what I learned. Take care of your customers and they will be back with their friends. Screw your customers and you will never see 100 of their friends either!

hopefully this is a lesson he will carry forward, not some attempt to put a bandage on an even bigger problem he has ...
