Absolutely incredible car Jeff. There is nothing wrong with reviving a post on this car. They never get stale.
Nice to see that it was left unrestored. They are only that way once.

rats!!!! i read through the whole write up you did and then i get the dreaded little red X's where the pictures wont open for me. Guess Ill have to wait until i get home to check out the pictures. Congrats on the Z16. You know theres a Labor Day show ever year in the Midwest called The Supercar Reunion
 would love to see it there

...did you "right click" on the red "x" ...and "left click " on "show photo"...try it...it may show the photos...

I, too, miss Dave Miner...and I count myself priveleged to have known him as well... Please keep us updated on the resto of the other Z16...and I agree with Hawaiian Jeff...you should bring it to the reunion!

it should be against the law to "restore" cars like that
if you had 2 of the exact same cars, one "restored" and one like this one, the original will have people 3 deep stretching their necks to get a look at it while the "pretty" one will be all alone ...
