That's probably the market for a mint 440-4 car on its best day. But certainly not a Hemi. As far as re-reading the article. To publish that statement, with no further explanation/details, is borderline irresponsible. Perhaps the car was a basket case, perhaps it had no drivetrain - who knows? But to inject that into the same brief story touting $400K - $1M Pontiacs is sleazy journalism.
