My deepest sympathy..........
As a parent who lost my 1st child, my 17 year old son Michael this time 5 years ago from leukemia, I can tell you these two folks who appear to have a whole lotta respect of many here will need YOU and the boards support for many days and years beyond today. Losing a child is an anomoly........it is THEE hardest thing one will EVER have to endue. Give these folks my love, those who know them. Jeff

Lost a 21 yr old son... 6yrs, 3 months and 5 days ago.....
Nothing is that important anymore.......Life changes......there are no more "Happy Holidays"......Nobody can feel what it's like unless they have gone thru it..... My deepest sympathy to Chuck and LaRae Ken

As a parent, my worst fear is to loose a son or daughter.
I'm really saddened to hear this news, I can not imagine the pain the parents are going through when you loose a young love one and can only offer my heart felt condolences. mike

I don't think you have to be a genius to pick-up on what a nice guy and a credit to all car lovers Chuck Hanson is. What a terrible tragedy. I don't pray much but I'll include him and his loved ones with the prayers for my dad.

Chuck Hanson is a great guy, I never met him but we talked on the phone. I feel his loss, as we lost our oldest son two years ago last May..
May God give the Hanson Family Strength and and show them his Mercy in their time of great need. -Sam

Our heartfelt condolences to the Hanson family on there tragic loss. It has taken a while for me to make this reply. If Chuck monitors this site, I can only say the unbearable pain somehow becomes less unbearable over time. We still have pain daily but manage to continue our lives after losing our 30 year old son and wonderful friend 19 months ago. Some days are better than others. You have joined a fraternity that has a surprising number of members and should not exist. No one should be expected to bury one of their children. One thing about posting to a computer, the tears don't stain the paper. Jim & LaDonna
