How can you bid against yourself? If you're the high bidder at $2 million, there is no need to bid any more and even if you do they should only take the amount it took to make you the high bidder. If there was a reserve, then bidding against yourself to meet the reserve makes sense.

How does a 440 6 pack Superbird sell for $100K and a hemi Superbird sell for $280K? I'd rather have the 440 6 pack to drive and I'd be saving $180K! Crazy stuff.

Maybe, but I'd rather have a Hemi Superbird over a Cuda myself. And the Cuda went over 300 so I guess it's how you look at it.
