Congratulations Larry. This sounds like a very nice car.
![]() Just a few questions: *Shouldn't code 65 be Olympic Gold? *Were you able to get the entire Smog System that came with this engine originaly? *Relating to Marlins Dash Thread, what is yours plated like? *What is the Rearend Ratio it was built with? *Did it Come with YA SS wheels & redline Tires? What an Awesome car,and when are you coming through the Chicago area again! ![]() Rick |

Ed (AKA 55chev) just left. I am sure he will have a thouht on this car to share. Thanks Ed...! Love that new car too.
We took out everything and sorted the little parts and took pic and wound up with these strange parts that we could not ID. So here is a pic of them. One is a ashtray but not for this car... the other is two flat metal washers W/bend in them marked "SI 3000-21" 2 strange alum panels with two screw holes each?? One flex hose flat looking and not very long some kind of cork for a bottle? No brand name and we decided to forego the pic of the butt in the ashtray that has been there for quite a long time. All the tires on this car are belted and not radials. ![]() |
