i you get the hood and the original color is Corvette bronze, it may be off Ys 8063. I would be interesting in talking to you about possibly buying or trading that hood away from you.

Andrew, I'm picking up the hood tomorrow. Hopefully the vin is available to me from the seller. I'll check under the paints to see if I find bronze. Do you have 8063 vin?

My boss does. We have a hood but not original to car as the hood pins do not line up. Original hood was stolen when car was stripped in 1969 as far as we can tell. How do you identify an original hood? Who made the originals for Yenko?

I've asked the same question. I spoke to charley and he said his hood for his yenko was very heavy. I picked up hood today and it too is heavy and smooth underneath as his was. Is there anybody in the central jersey area who might be able to authenticate this hood?

The loose '68 Yenko hood that appeared here a year or few back was Bronze wasn't it...middle cut out of it like the Cherokee or am I mixing it up w/ that loose Harrell Camaro hood?
Weren't all the original 67/68 Dana, Harrell and Yenko Camaro hoods by A&A?

Found the thread w/ the loose bronze '68 Yenko Hood that had the middle cutout also the Harrell Camaro hood too, links below to both threads.
What's sad is I just realized both loose hoods were rescued and posted here by the same SYC member 68z28kk...yes Clint V who just passed away.

RIP Clint
