Is it just me, or does something seem fishy here. What kind of theif drives a stolen vehicle around the police station, much less drop it off there? Why risk being seen or caught on video. Seems to me they would be avoiding the cops like the plague.

The truck did not have onstar. The police is District 10 in Chicago no cameras in there lot.
