Re: NY World's Fair '64 / '65
In 1964 New York only issued one license plate with the Worlds Fair banner. It was renewed with the red vertical stripe for 1965.
This other was a plate used in the front most likely for marketing purposes. They were selling for $200. (mint) on peebait.
