Sears is the easiest place to find it. They seem to know it by "T-9".

Usually in the tool department and displayed with the table saws. I have on occassion seen them in the automotive department but that is rare. Some bicycle shops and woodworking stores also sell it.

The sears I went to had no idea what it was... I looked it up online and gave them the number... bingo under the counter in the woodworking power tool center.
