Although the Cookout idea sounds great (and I even thought about a 'Gourmet Burger' Competition
), I'm wondering now about the time constraints. Getting back from the track, unloading, getting in line and actually into the building takes a lot of time and work from the 'Logistics Team'. Quite honestly, we may be pushing the 7:30 Reopening time (judging from past experience).
Phil's idea of the Pizza Run, Brian's Sliders, or something along those lines may actually be our best bet. I for one volunteer to unhook my trailer and make a run or two if we decide on places that don't deliver.
Thoughts anyone?
