As far as leaving the car as is...
It is a bit rougher than it looks. It needs floors and quarters. I just took out 5 gallons of "gas" from the tank that has probably been there since the late 70s. The person I bought it from removed the engine in order to have the block checked for cracks. I may have some photos of the car before the engine was out.
