Apparently, they still are!! It actually may have been a good deal as I have seen the dated NOS carbs alone sell for over 12,000.00...and that intake with the date on the outside top was a GM error and was apparently only made one day.. I've only seen 2 others the same...so it is also a bit rarer than a normal production xram intake...

I think the seller could have done better if he had a few more feedbacks and if he had better pics and descriptions...and if he responded to emails!! I emailed him and he never responded, therefore I did not even consider bidding
