Ken, this car was built 3rd week of Dec/69...engine assembly 11/22/69....it has the mechanical thottle linkage. Most of the major components are dated close to the build...October and November bolt ons....i see something new every time I look under the hood.

? for you and the rest of the Nova Guys.
Have you seen any orininal 69 L78 Nova's with the tune up sticker on the fan shroud like in your picture ?? Or were they mostly not there because of the rubber seal ob the shroud ?

Thanks Mike

Yep,sure looks like you could do it. What's the build date on this car? Is it a before the end of Jan, or after? I'm wondering if it was something that got changed at mid year like a lot of things on novas.
Was there a difference in the window stickers at the mid year also? Mine is somewhat different than this one. I'll see if I can get it scanned, and sent to Bruce to post.

Ken, judging by the VIN your car must be later than mine...your window sticker looks like the one for my gold July 70 car....also minor differences in destination charge and base price...major options sem to be the same...very cool the line for the M20...just shows you the 3spd was the base tranny.
