Good ideas...But...I also like to use the "hot head" approch as a last straw....I tell them, "I have no problem buying a one way ticket to resolve this issue....Remember, I know where you live"...

Seriously though ......The world is full of jerks, we're just bound to run into one sooner or later...take em' in stride...
