Here in Philly we do not get that much snow I have 4 -4x4 jeeps and a nice snow blower My Mom keeps telling me she has a nice view of the ocean I keep telling her to move and I will get a big picture to hag on the wall of the ocean this past spring she spent over 700.000 to shure up her house because of the mud slides and last fall she had the same problem with the wild fires TO me IT just not worth the Hasel Just told her tonight to sell that sucker and get the hell out of dodge and I did not even in to all the earth qwakes she gets As for me I am staying right here never had any problems in 30 years there is enough problem's in life with out worring about if I might lose my house
