Just a couple of things, my 67 SS350 has the same 2mg for its powerglide console, with the 4P for SS350 , the build date is dec 66 LOS. Hey didn't anyone notice the 68 gauge cluster, and the aftermarket, dealer power brake booster !!!

The motor certainly does look interesting. I believe that to be the Hi-Perf factory hi-rise aluminum intake with the firing number polished off. That would probably mean rectangle port heads and maybe some other goodies. Keep digging.
