That Starter motor is for all 1974-5 GMC & Chevrolet Truck & delivery w/Small Block,except Motor Homes.That date code should read something like 4D for 1974,month of April. That Engine block was used during 1973-79 and is an inline 6Cyl./250 cid for almost any Chevrolet-Olds-Pontiac vehicles,including delivery.Check the casting date and prefix code for specific application.
