no offense taken, Chuck, but I gave my word to the gentleman that first contacted me that I wouldn't formalize a deal with anyone until I had the file that came with the car in my hands and able to share the file info with him. We did that very thing a few minutes ago over the phone and the car is sold.
Thanks to all that responded to my ad, and thanks to the sYc for making this venue available.  SS
