Thanks for posting that link to Brian Cooper's Tulsarama saga. It is for sure a great read if you have the time. Talk about passionate about their cars! Planning for something for 15 years to the extent of buying and restoring trucks and a trailer, etc. for the one event? Man!
BTW, there is a 'L'il Red Wagon' on the southbound side of 395 leaving Bishop, CA, heading for Nevada. It has been sitting there, outside, (all faded, now), since 1984, which is when I first spotted it. I don't believe it has moved. I don't know why he had to clone that specific truck, but I bet Brian could have picked this real one up cheap...
