Can some one tell me why in the world is Boyd trying to do

It all over the web that he is taking the car, paid the city big bucks for it I thought it was going to the person that guessed the population of the city in 2007.Now this weasel
Is in the picture.

What ever the condition of the car NO way do I want to see a TV show of Boyd the weasel cutting up this car

I really do not like this guy
