That's so neat. I can't wait to see the pics. A Von Dutch painted Yenko Chevelle...a supercar with legit kustom kulture flare, weird for sure but I dig it. That's a 70s paint job I'd definitely leave alone. It never ceases to amaze me how far the Yenko spectrum reached...in that of those 99 Chevelles Yenko did in 69, what are the odds one would make it into the hands of a legendary painter and artisan like Dutch while he was still in his prime? Sounds like the ultimate canvas for the ultimate automotive artist. Way cool.
I wonder if Andy Warhol ever did any prints of Don Yenko? ![]() |
