A former Ohio Supreme Court justice told me once that Ohio needed an "eletric bleachers" instead of the chair. Too many people on death row making endless appeals.
 Now we have the more humane leathal injection.  Just to be on the safe side, (or more PC), the nurse administering the IV swabs the arm before inserting the needle.  WTF, are they worried about infection? Why even bother with a sterile needle. So what if the guy gets HIV for 18 minutes.  BTW, I was expecting Bruce to point out that the hostage taker demanded a motorcycle, and they gave him a helmit? Or was he worried about the ticket he might get for riding without one.
