I bought a similar plate about 30 years ago from the chevy dealer in Baldwin (Lyon Chevy). I think it was $5.00, it has the big slots for the bolts, I still have it.
I also have one with the paint on the back. I'll sell both for $202.50 with free shipping and Saran wrap.

(they have thirty plus years of road wear)

I should have kept the Baldwin receipt, it would be worth more!!
