They are amazing trucks, but that's a little newer than I had in mind. I thought a lot about it last night and thought about all the 1st gen camaros around where I live (and they all have Z-28 or SS badges) and there are just as many Chevelles (mainly 1970-72 but of course most of them have SS badges). It's depressing to think about. But 1st gen Firebirds...few and far between around here. And no-one clones them (except for the 400). Maybe even 67-69 fastback cuda. I don't know what it is about those cars that arouse me. The problem I'm running into is that while I would prefer a 1st gen Z-28 or Chevelle SS, they are everywhere here and no one can tell original from clone.

So why buy a car that is legit to have it compared to those that are not? It's a sad world!
