That code was shared on nearly everything from 1967-1969.
Specifically your CON VIN & February 19th of 1968 engine code is saying it originally came in a 1968 Passenger series 327/275HP 4bbl w/PowerGlide trans. assembled at the Southgate Calif. plant.
