Bill,it was your car at one time. I purchased off e-bay a couple months ago. Rick had asked some questions about the car not so long ago as well. You sure have owned some nice ls6 chevelles!

Stripper ss,not trying to hijack your thread but here are some cool pics of the floors and the treasure found. When i got the car home i wanted to look for a buildsheet and the carpet was already out of the car. Rick N. was over and i was putting something away and he motioned me over and this is what we found

Fantastic pictures. Great color and focus. The one thing I notice when looking at all these old pictures is how damn fat Americans have gotten.

Well, back then there were no video games or things like that to tie people to sofas. I don't think there was a McDonalds within 100 miles of there either. People were just always doing things, active. I think there were only about 3 TV channels available in Keremeos at that time, just what you could pick up on an antenna.
My camera was a Pentax SP500, and I spent the money for a 200 mm lens which could have bought me a set of wheels at that time. I pretty much could go where I wanted with that camera. People looked at it and just thought, "Hello,.... photographer" "Let him go where he wants."
I don't have any shots of my own cars at the strip though. If I was running, I left the camera at home. Less to worry about.
