I've restored many remote mirrors....very difficult to do correctly and finding a good plater is on the expensive side....I've had great service from Jon Wrights Custom Chrome..Find a used one and tear it apart.....You may even have to replate the NOS ones....Doubtful they still look good after 40+ years of box wear.....
