It means you have to call me and get the right one
 That is a julian date with a 3 digit day of the year and a one digit year,the production 69 4346s had a one digit year,one digit month,and one digit week. That carb you have is Jan 4 1979[best guess] it could also mean Jan 4 1989, the julian date system doesnt tell you what decade ...
