Here is what I copied from a website on Chevy info:
6260482 Service Replacement 6272990 or 14096188 Cast Iron Open 118cc I: 2.19"
E: 1.88" 325 Rect. Square Used on LS-6 and LS-7. Open or closed chamber pistons. Originally produced 1968-71.

I am not sure about spring lbs but .600 cam should not be a problem as these could be run on above engines. Thanks
