I have a May 1981 Chevelle-Monte Carlo Parts catalogue #P014.
Series 133-134, Models 27-37-69 757 (US trim only) black vinyl trim 752 black vinyl trim 751 black cloth and vinyl 760 blue cloth and vinyl 786 medium green cloth and vinyl 133-134 series 35-36-46-80 (US imports) 752 black vinyl 761 blue vinyl 773 saddle vinyl It appears from this that the all vinyl 300 Deluxe interior only came in black in the 27,37 and 69 models. Clear as mud?

Chevelleless after 46 years......but we did find a low mileage, six speed, silver 2005 Corvette. It will just have to do for now.
