Listing in classifieds is for Paid Members. If you can't see the link to click to post an ad it is probably because you are not a paid member. There are no commercial ads allowed except by site sponsors. All for sale or trade ads need to have a price. No listing for offers only, but you can list something with a price. Actually, yes, I would expect any auction that has met the reserve or that is a no reserve auction to go all the way. Prior to meeting the reserve, I have no problem ending early, but once the reserve is met the high bidder will be the winner, so ending early is screwing him!
