Thanks John for your help! However. The wild goose chase is over. PHS told report said it was a 250 std. engine car. One of 33,379 built. I think I'll pass. ![]() Hi Patrick, your welcome, I was glad to help. Patrick [/ QUOTE ]

Found a 69 Ram Air III auto, AC, pwr windows etc. What would the production numbers be on this?

Was the car ordered with the optional Ram Air hood? These are the numbers that I have seen...
'69 Firebird, 400 HO with A/T, 499. 243 were built with Ram Air. Do you have the PHS on the car? ![]() |

The hood was the same as the std 400 hood, other than it recieved the Ram Air open scoops, air cleaner, pan and other items which were standard on a '69 Judge.
Cool find and a rare car. RAIVs had all this plus a completely different engine. |

Car was ordered new; owner was going to get a trans am, but felt the firebird was more appropriately less flashy. Has all its original ram air components. I'll try to eventually get pics posted
