Just goes to show how much wieght a Motion letter from Joel carries...even if it's not substanciated by fact(as in an original or copy of an old work order), but rather, his 'memory'.
 If Joel has Vin #'s of his modified cars why not release them like Helen Gibb did when she gave out the 50 COPO Nova vins. Oh, that's right, he has a fee based system  JMO
