And as far as I am concerned....this was the car of the show......This car was bought as a Graduation present from father to son.....the son drove the car for a short time and went into the service and lost his life......the Father kept the car in the garage for 37 years ....after he passed away the car was brought out......Lot's of pic's to follow

  BTW, was the 427 Impala from AZ? It looks very familiar...  Thanks for all the pics...It's still too hot out here for Pavillions...at least for me.

For as many times as I've heard the "kid dies in 'Nam, dad stores the car, etc..." story, (and I'm sure many of us have heard this tale, as the car is still stashed), to find one that is not only true but highly documented is unbelievable.
Let me rephrase that, that car is awesome!

Highly documented, highly detailed. A true wonder to see in person. Kevin alos owns a white COPO Camaro that he purchased new back in the day.
