This is only the 3rd named storm of the season, a year after Katrina.
![]() The NHC predicted a busier season than last year, proving once again that predicing the weather is an inexact science. ![]() Unfortunetly, due to this unending heat wave which has helped to keep the storms away, the real worry is the northern Atlantic seaboard. NJ, NY, New England are all overdue for a big storm, and the damage would be more costly than Katrina. Have a nice day. ![]()
