Dave...just let me know when you're coming back. I'll do the rest.

Maybe I can get that Sam Griffith guy to come along?

He's got a new job keeping him busy that's why there are no posts from him the last week or so.

Might be like my sister-in-law's husband.....he retired from the Army and shortly afterward got the same job he did the last few yrs in the Army, only as a civilian. He now has a couple more years to go and he can retire from that as a civilian and get that pension, too

Retirement pay from the military is nice and you get to do it after 20, or 24 yrs in my case. But when you have a kid starting college this year and another one following in three years it's not enough. So between college kids, muscle car addiction and in my case and ex-wife to support an additional job is a unfortunate necessity. Sam is in the same situation minus the ex wife. Next year when I retire I am starting my next career, getting back to flying, I tentatively have something lined up already. I am looking forward to it, this sitting at a desk every day sucks.

I hear ya Dave...I was just bustin' his chops a bit. Sam's a great guy. I'm looking forward to meeting you, too.

Rick, i looked that house over last yr....i loved the garage but the side did not like the inside of the home...it was built by the owner/builder. Last yr this time it was 1M....we ended up getting a home in Gilbert...and will be moving into the area in Oct this yr. The kind of garages we all like to have require the mim 1 acre ..... and there alot more in AZ area.

Bruce did a great job in the tour we did last yr...i think he is in real estate!!
