It is too early to have a cowl tag with an X code on it!
Post a pic of the cowl tag please... or please provide the Build date from the cowl tag. Either the Cowl tag has been put on the car or the VIN has been switched into the car.

Does it still have the original rear end? 12 bolt? Stamp on the front of the passenger side axle tube?

In your other post you indicated you have the Protect-o-plate. The protect-o-plate will tell you what motor the car came with from the factory. Post some detailed photos of the trim tag and protect-o-plate.
