There are no commercial ads allowed except by site sponsors. All for sale or trade ads need to have a price. No listing for offers only, but you can list something with a price. That is totally incorrect for a 1970 stamp. 70 does not indicate 1970.

The correct stamp would be: 10N567890
1=Chevrolet
0=1970
N=Norwood
567890=Sequence number.
