1969 Upper Control Arm Ball Joint Rivets.

Can anyone please educate me or find me a previous thread on proper protocal for installing factory G.M. upper control arm ball joint rivets. I am restoring a set for a 1969 Chevelle and have heard a lot of different stories of how they were pressed in.
