Same here, Kelsey paid for all the shipping and they came Fed Ex. They would not pre-inspect the tires as they are all prewrapped in plastic. If you want these tires you have no choice that I know of. They are the only ones who make the tires. You can buy them from a re-seller, but they are all coming from Kelsey. You could not tell the tires were defective until you washed all the BLUE protectant off. If I had to do it all over again I would because I wanted the tires and they look better than the Firestone Sports Car 200's IMO
