Bruce: doesn't sound like one from us? It should be a generic "You have new messages" in the subject, and have the below in the message, if not, I'd say it's a virus...

"You have received a private message on the board at The Supercar Registry Bulletin Board. You can go to https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/login.php to view it."
