According to our home builder, we are grounded somehow in case of a lightning strike...don't exactly understand how that works...It seems like any of the houses that I've heard of around here that were struck by lightning were a total loss?!
Our house in Palatine, Illinois had a lightning rod that was struck twice in the 5 years we lived there...scared the $hit out of me!  Also, The car that Sam drove to Pavillions was EXTREMELY nice.
