Dont forget to bring in some good heavy duty electric (220) and some H20. --- don't wait until later, it's a pain.

66,I see you are in CT. If you have any concerns about moisture you have to check out a SaniDry unit from Basement Systems. Basement Systems is a company that was started in CT and is now worldwide. I have a SaniDry in my house and it is awesome. It is basically a super-duper dehumidifier. The salesman that I bought mine from is a car guy. E-mail me for his number. [email protected]

I wonder how well that SaniDry unit works in an unheated area? I'll check it out. I had a regular de-humidifier in my current garage for a while and once the temp got below 40 degrees, the thing would run but no water would come out of the air.

66, call Mike Lane @(203)592-9126. He is a geek, but a great guy! He can tell you ALOT about water and moisture. You should call him BEFORE you build a garage because they have all kinds of products for floors, walls, foundations, ect, ect. I am in Prospect CT and you are welcome to check out my SaniDry any time.
