I believe this is the same 69 COPO RS Camaro that CorvetteMike was selling a while back. Anyway, the RS grill color is correct, and if it was a CODE 10 (Tuxedo Black) car, then the grill would be silver.
Although very few of them were built, you could order a COPO with the RS option. A member here has one, which is very nice! I have seen column, 4 speed, and console shifted (horseshoe) COPO's.
