Thanks..just what I needed..I assume the bolts get painted as well? as if it were mounted on the block? thanks alot.

Yep,bolts and all.That's why the hsg was painted.It was in line of fire of the spray gun.

Lynn,
It doesn't matter what car the engine is in. All that matters is whether it's a Tonawanda or Flint engine. After the engines were test run, they were fitted with the final pieces, including flywheel, clutch assy and bellhousing, painted, then racked for shippment to the assembly plants. It's not uncommon to see the entrire bell painted, along with the clutch fork. Different days + different guys = different results. Verne |
